I now will not have anymore problems with the stool flushing, what a relief! Jonathan took over & was here til 6pm filling the hole back in. He even came in to check my stool, because my water bill is always higher than minimum, then sent Jacob back this morning to replace insides. They worked all day, in & out of the crawlspace, no mess was made! I would give them 10 stars!! A great bunch of nice, courteous young men!!!!

After going round and round for almost 3 weeks to no avail with another plumbing company,…read morerecommended by our home warranty company (for work we needed done that wasn't covered by their policy), we called B&S... they got us scheduled for an appointment within a couple of days and the tech arrived on time, talked to my husband about what we needed, and within the first half hour he had already done more work than the other company had accomplished after 2 hour-long visits in 3 weeks! He got all 3 projects taken care of in one trip and done RIGHT! We will definitely use them for any future projects!

We're supposed to show up and no one did. Called again. No call back, then 2 days later someone shows up and says, "oh, I don't climb much anymore. I'll have to put an order in for someone else to take care of that. That was 2 weeks ago and haven't heard a thing. Terrible customer service. Never again.
