I would NOT recommend Prime Roots Landscaping to ANYONE…read more I was initially impressed by their ability to understand my need to move 8 yards of topsoil into my backyard and the professionalism of their quote system. HOWEVER, everything changed after they took my deposit. They did not communicate when they would schedule me for the delivery until I called them. They were scheduled to perform the service at 11 a.m. on Friday but simply did not show up. I called several times and left messages during the day to receive an update and heard NOTHING. Saturday morning came around and I still hadn't heard anything from the company. After doing some digging, I found that Jonathan Fredericks from Frederick Lawn Care was a co-owner of this company and called him. He had no idea what was going on and said he would get to the bottom of it. I received an email an hour later from Prime Roots offering to refund or reschedule. I asked when we could reschedule and heard nothing. I finally asked for a refund and STILL have no received an email or call. Do yourself a favor and take your business elsewhere.
