Trying not to fret and thinking I better start googling how to dye my roots - Brooke stepped up and offered to squeeze me in between her clients , but was not able to dry my hair , which Keith kindly offered ! Lucy helped dry my hair to keep the process moving . Of course you look forward to a full color - cut - blow out experience, but when life handed a lemon , they made a good drink ! I got paid $36 for a haircut and shampoo and definitely did not get any shampoo that I was aware of. I asked for a quarter of an inch of my hair to be taken off all around to make things easy and after the first cut, it was nearly an inch and I knew I was screwed from then. I felt like asking for a little quarter inch all around was pretty easy, but I guess that's not the case with most places somehow I've been to Supercuts in Walmart and both of them have completely understood what I was asking for but not this place. Also the lady cutting my hair, definitely needs a new set of clippers since when she was trimming up the back of my neck, she actually cut it and didn't say anything, and I noticed when I got home. And to top it all off I don't understand the point of wearing the cape on getting your haircut because when I got up, my shoes were covered in hair which I've never had happened before.

I've never had to wait long for her to start my hair and I'm not sitting with my hair wet while she's off some where doing something else. She's very professional.
