They gave me a steroid shot, put me on some meds and sent me on my way. When things became worse, I went to visit a second Dermatologist, who then recommended I see an Allergist. Blood tests were always normal, no allergies ever came up and it got to a point where the doctors would just tell me, "I don't know what it is. Take these meds and hopefully it'll go away on its own." After seeing 5 doctors multiple times over the course of 7 to 8 months, my mom recommended I fly back home to Michigan (I live in Texas) to see her Primary Care Provider. After hesitation and thinking to myself, "Why would I spend money to fly all the way home to see someone who will probably run the same tests?," I made the appointment and booked my flight. ONE VISIT, ONE APPOINTMENT, and I received an emailed report and phone call of the exact issue, the causes and the treatment. Nurse Practitioner Tamika Morrow was very thorough, professional and was sure to follow-up throughout my 3 month treatment plan that was given to me. Upon completing the treatment, my hives were completely gone. I hate that it took 8 months of wasted money dealing with incompetent doctors who only did surface level requirements but I'm grateful that Synergy Health & Wellness was able to get me back to good health. Great service. Great staff. I would definitely recommend their services to anyone and will be flying back to Michigan annually for my regular health checkins. I wouldn't trust anyone else.

I would HIGHLY recommend Mallory Fox to any, and everyone and will most certainly do so as it's been years since I've received such great treatment. Having someone in the healthcare field who actually takes the time to talk to you as a person and answer questions and be hands on with you is very refreshing as so many doctors these days are so quick to get you in and out and push you out the door and push any and all questions you have onto the secretary's and or receptionist. Mallory Fox is friendly, and reiterate professional not to mention her great personality that lights up the room and you get that feel food "she really cares" vibe from her and her actions prove it. Did I forget or mention staff? They are all incredible as well! The office is a very quick in and out facility and does not over book clients. Easy scheduling, nice and clean cozy office. She has a "mother knows best" attitude with no awareness of patients experiences. She literally told me I was "doing just fine" being homeless and unable to work & severely mentally ill because I answered "yes" on a survey question that I apparently did not understand. I wish I transferred away from her sooner. Immediately after leaving her I got put on some actually helpful medications from someone that LISTENS and collaborates with their patients on their care. In addition, she has no back up doctors or referrals for when she goes away, so you're out of luck if that happens- which it does. She also had multiple different portal changes. I have never, in my decade of seeing mental health professionals, encountered one so cold and uncaring.

He always listens, is patient, and takes the time to go over my extensive information during my annual visits. He truly is a genuine and good hearted man - you definitely get that vibe just from receiving treatment from him. My Mom was so impressed with our experience with him during my health issues that she became a patient of his later in her life. She passed away almost 4 years ago now, and to my surprise Dr. Paul attended the viewing we hosted in honor for her. He was never informed by our family or her other doctors - he simply saw the obituary in the newspaper and took the time to come and pay his respects. I did see other reviews and have not had experience with other doctors at the practice, but I highly recommend Dr. Paul!

I am only in need of an endo on a semi-regular basis, so the amount of time that I am here is probably much less than some people, but the few occasions that I have been here thus far, I love it. There are a few docs, but the one chosen for my A-team is Dr. Sakharova... she is AWESOME. She is a fast-talking, sweet, and extremely knowledgeable Russian lady (I say this, because at first it was a little bit hard to understand her accent), that happens to also have a great shoe wardrobe. She is very thorough, and will definitely answer your questions, however it does seem a little rushed sometimes. That is to be expected with a specialist in an incredibly busy office though. There is one nurse there that kind of scares me, but everyone else is wonderful, especially my pals in the phlebotomy area. They see me coming from a mile away, and have their supplies waiting to be taken into one of the exam rooms so I can lay down while they suck my blood. Then I am offered a lovely snack of juice and a cookie or crackers. Not 5 star dining, but it will do when a girl is ready to fall face first onto the floor in a dramatic fainting scene, reminiscent of daytime television.
