I have emailed them 3 times and called them twice asking for a simple detailed receipt and statement of my visit due to questionable charges. The doctor told me they received my email but was busy and would get it to me. It's been 3 days and counting... They are not too busy to get you in, provide service and bill you but anything thereafter...silence.
