Throughout our stay in Germany, we explored various Moxy hotels. We learned from our trip that not all Moxy hotels are the same. Also, each Moxy hotel treats their ambassador Marriott guest differently.
As an ambassador at this hotel, we were recognized when we checked in. We were provided treats in our hotel room. We provided extra care throughout our stay. Plus, we were given one of the best rooms in the house.
As for our room, like most Moxy hotel rooms, it was small. Having a corner room made it feel a tad bit bigger. Our room had two windows which provided extra lighting in the room. Next to the bed there was a small bench-- but beyond that there was nowhere to sit in the room. There was also no desk in the room. Plus, there wasn't a phone in the room if you needed anything. The beds for two people are small. They only provide two pillows-- we asked for more and received more without any issues. Moxy goal is to get people out of their rooms and enjoy the extensive lobby.
The lobby features plenty of seating, after breakfast. There are numerous tables to work at. Plus, there is a bar to sit at as well. If you prefer comfort, there is a living room like area to relax in.
There is a buffet breakfast in the morning. Breakfast did not come with our room, so we skipped this. When I jaunt downstairs during this time, I noticed that the breakfast option was extremely busy. All the tables were busy which looked like it was business people.
There is a parking lot next to the hotel for a fee. It's not cheap so check on price before you park.
The hotel is centrally located to walking downtown which is nice.
Lastly, we would like to recognize Lance who provided excellent service during our stay. read more
