My husband and I found Mozart's Doggie Service on Yelp and were pleased with the great reviews so we decided to give them a call. We spoke with Rita and set up an appointment to meet on the same day. Jesse and Rita both came by and my husband and I decided right away to use their services. Jesse came by from 12/22-12/26 and he was great! We had never tried a service like this for our dogs so we were very nervous to say the least, but we were going out of town and needed someone to come by and check on our fur babies. Jesse came by twice a day to walk, feed and play with our dogs AND he would also text me pictures of our dogs which made me feel so much better. We discovered Mozart's Doggie Service about 2 years ago. Both Jesse and his wife, Rita, came to our home for their initial visit to meet our pets (we had 5 pets at the time) to discuss their services. They were both personable and yet very professional. Jesse spends approximately 30 minutes per visit, playing with our dog, petting our kitty, cleaning up after them, and, of course, feeding them. He will bring in packages delivered on our porch, bring in the mail if we are out of town, and even water potted plants that he notices are wilting just because he sees the need. Jesse will text or call us if he has a concern about anything - he's very observant and has good instincts. He even texts us a picture from time to time, of our pets having fun. We feel so grateful to have Jesse as a valued care-giver of our pets! They love his visits and we feel completely confident when we're away - be if for a vacation or just a night out. We believe you will not find a more reliable, trust-worthy, and friendly yet professional pet-sitter. He also offers other services, like dog-walking. Always a good feeling to know that I can call on someone reliable and trustworthy to come into my home and look after my six dogs when I am off on a trip. Not only is he is reliable, experienced, knowledgeable, but he truly cares about your dog. Jesse has been taking care of my Bonnie ever since I got her. He has made working full time, being single, and having a young puppy actually possible. It didn't take much to potty train my puppy while working long days with Jesse's help. I have to admit, I was a little nervous at first letting a stranger have a key to my place, but oh my god, what a life saver he has been. Because my pup was taken care of in her own home, she was given the consistency and familiarity she needed from an early age. Jesse has literally made last minute emergency visits on several occasions... when things came up at work and I couldn't let my baby out of her crate in time. He plays with her, checks in, feeds her, gives her water, sends me pictures, brings in my packages, and keeps me sane. Plus, he gives personal expert advice on how to train my puppy as well. This past labor day weekend, I waited until the last minute to find a dog sitter. I called many places and finally reached Mozart's Doggie Service. I spoke with Rita and even though it was last minute she and her husband Jesse were able to arrange a same day meet and greet with my 10 month old American Bulldog Bo. They were very professional, met with my dog, did a full assessment, as far as allergies, medications and any special needs etc. I felt very comfortable knowing Bo was going to be taken care of in the comfort of his own home. I can't say enough about how great Jesse is. I have been using his service for years now and can't imagine anyone else walking my dog. Abby, my dog, loves him.
