Where they put the screw in the hole is still in tacked. so I feel they but the screw in and they forgot the nut and the screw fell out and when i was on the hwy half my bumper blew off. When i called them they told me they only stand behind there paint job not there workmanship. Do not let the tow tow truck driver to take there because they get a cut from them. they took for ever for me to get my car back.

One of the two times that I got through to them, the lady I talked to at the desk told me that they had been calling my insurance person "religiously", and that was a complete lie. My insurance lady was pulling her hair out and once I had to drive to the shop at night to look for my car to see the status of it since we could not get anyone to ever call us back. Just awful service from that standpoint. So very frustrating. Oh, and the tow truck guy who convinced me to take my car there after my accident, told me they would wave the deductible if I used them. That was another huge lie.
