They charged Dennis $65 bucks to drive a quarter mile to us from their shop on N Main st. and then tow the truck 1/8 mile back up the hill. Dennis works in the auto industry and gives these guys quite a few referrals. No More. I guess they have to charge a lot to make up for the free air they give away to local tire inflaters.

I went there with a bike and a tire in hand. ask if there was any way…read moreto get this bike done by a certain date. the young guy told me he would make it happen. i called every day making sure they were in track. ever day i called i got the same answer, we never touched your bike. when the day before i needed it came around i called and told him if its not going to be done then i need to pick it up. he explained to me it will be done and ready by morning. the following day came (my deadline) and he still never even touched my bike. i went there took my bike and my tire because i refuse to ever give them work. don't bother bother coming here. i know a few people who have tried this place whether it was for their bike or a snowmobile and they all had a very similar experience.

Eddie's Autobody is a small auto repair/body shop located out of Groveland, MA. This review…read morepertains to the autobody section of the shop. During the winter of 2015, a friend slid into my truck in a private lot. The passenger side fender was bent in and would need to be replaced. He agreed to pay for the damage privately as to not affect his insurance. My friend had a connections with Eddie's Autobody, and we got an excellent quote (less than half the amount of every other quote received). I spoke to Eddie and scheduled a time for the truck to be repaired. Eddie understood that I needed the vehicle back in a timely manner, and promised the job to be completed within 2-3 business days. I dropped my truck off on a Sunday night. By Wednesday afternoon, I had heard nothing from Eddie. I called his shop, and after several calls found out that he had not began work on the truck because the new fender came in bent and he was busy with other jobs. They promised me that it would be completed by Friday at that point. I got in touch with the shop on Thursday to confirm that the truck would be done. The person who I spoke to said they were fairly sure that it would be done, but if it was not completed they would leave it outside so I would be able to use the truck during the weekend. Friday, I called Eddie's shop and personal number several times and never received a reply. I went down to the shop on Friday, only to find that Eddie had left the shop for the day and the truck was locked in the shop for the weekend. I left a message on Eddie's personal line, which he did not respond to until the following Monday. I was impressed with the quality of work when I picked up the truck. Eddie had taken the time to buff out the surrounding areas of the impact, and paint/mount the new fender so it appeared as if nothing had happened. Eddie left the truck outside for me to pick up on a Monday, but failed to leave the key in the vehicle and never left a work order. I was pleased with the quality of work, but extremely disappointed with the customer service aspect of the transaction. Eddie did not live up the the promises he made of timeliness, and showed absolutely no desire to keep the customer informed. The bottom line: Eddie does great autobody work for a decent price, but exhibits no communication or willingness to complete jobs in a promised timeline. Unless you have no need for your vehicle for a long period of time, you would be best served checking in with other local autobody shops instead of Eddie's Auto Body.

So I give him a call later on in the evening he tells me that he fixed it but it's still leaking so technically it's not fixed, He says it's still leaking and I said well I shouldn't have to pay for that then you know you didn't fix the problem he said but you have to pay me so I went down there I kept my cool and said why do I have to pay for that he's like well cuz I did the work it's not fixed cuz the problems are deeper up inside he said it's actually the drain transmission drain plug and I can fix that for you if if you want to pay for it .I said what are you asking me to pay you right now he said $320 I said that's ridiculous he said after going back and forth for a little bit okay well I know I'll settle for $280 needless to say I wanted to give him a near-death experience but I'm just going to take it the legal way so he deceived me didn't fix what was supposed to be fixed charged me $180 for the transmission pan in
