I told them that I don't appreciate having a extra cost added without any warning. what they decided to do next was hard to believe. They stopped picking up calls and answering emails and have now withheld my spouses taxes from being released. I'm pretty sure they don't know the law, because they can't do that after the payment has been made. The owner had very childish way of communicating with a frustrated customer. Thats why I say they have no customer service. She started flaunting the the tax forms as blackmail as if its just an equal cause and effect. Excuse me, I paid you!
