    Worst company and customer service ever experienced! NEVER deal with this company! If I could give…read moreno stars, I'd give -20! 1. TERRIBLE customer service 2. Lie at every opportunity and never keep their word or follow through on what they say (including supervisors) 3. Product had a defect 4. Wouldn't replace product 5. Stole my money They lied to me an innumerable amount of times, cheated me out of money, product had an imperfection, lied about sending me a replacement, and finally never got back to me. (Now for the full story) I wanted to purchase customized wine tumblers. I found a coupon code that gave me 15% off, and it activated. However, the website was having issues, so I had to order over the phone. On the phone, Greg was very nice. He said he would give me 20% off! However, he said because the site wasn't working, he would have to reimburse me AFTER I paid, and that it would take 3-5 days. I chose to trust Greg. That was a huge mistake. When I received the glasses, one of them had an imperfection, a bubble that obviously shouldn't be there. And I still had not been reimbursed. So, I called them in order to ask about both issues. The woman on the phone this time said she knows Greg, but he wasn't in today. She told me I needed to email customer service with pictures of the imperfection, so I did that. But I also asked about my 20% off reimbursement I hadn't received. She said "I'm sorry, we can't do reimbursements." Me: "well, I wouldn't have purchased the item if I wasn't getting a discount" She kept saying how it's impossible to do reimbursements. (Which I proved is false by explaining I just had this done for me by nflshop.ca) So I said "are you saying Greg just lied to me?" Woman: "no. It was probably a misunderstanding" Me: "no it definitely wasn't. Can I have Greg's extension?" Woman: "Greg isn't in right now" Me: "that's ok. If you just give me his extension, I'll call when he is" Woman: "I don't know Greg's schedule" Me: "That's ok. If you give me his extension, I'll just call every day until I find him" Woman: "we don't have extensions" Me: "the very first thing that is said on your calling service is 'if you know the extension of the person you want to reach, enter it now'" Woman: "that's an error. We don't use extensions" (a minute later) Woman: "my supervisor just said that the extensions we use are for departments, not specific people" Me: "well, that can't be because your voice system says, 'if you know the extension of the PERSON you want to reach, enter it now'"? Woman: "I don't know what to say" Afterwards I emailed customer service with pictures and a video showing the defect in my glass. They replied "My apologies for the inconvenience. I've contacted my production team to send out a replacement." I replied: "Thank you. Will you please let me know when it has been sent?" They replied: "Please email within 7-10 business days if you have not received your order." After 10 business days I had not received the replacement, so I emailed saying, "I was told to email you if I had not received my replacement after 7-10 business days. When will it be arriving?" Sarah replies: "I'm reaching out regarding your resend due to the bubbles in your glass. I was told by my production team that slight variations and air bubbles are natural occurrences in the forming of this glassware, they are not flaws, but rather a unique signature of this blown glassware. So we will not be able to resend the item." So not only did they not send a replacement like they said, but if I hadn't emailed them, they never would have said anything. I replied saying this was not a "unique signature of this blown glassware." I know what slight variations and air bubbles that are natural occurrences look like in glassware, and this is not one of them. This is a defect. I also voiced my extreme displeasure at their atrocious customer service by telling them I would be writing reviews, spreading the word on social media about how dreadful they are. Making sure everyone I know knows never to deal with them. And filing a complaint/review with the Better Business Bureau. Sarah then replied: "My supervisor (Colin) said he would speak to you regarding the matter. Please send him an email and he can resolve the issue with you." I emailed Colin everything. Colin replied: "Are you available sometime today for a quick phone call? Obviously as a company we'd like to give you the best possible experience. It's important for me to learn about any mistakes being made and try to fix them to ensure other customers don't have the same poor experience. Hopefully, we can come to a resolution together regarding your order." I replied: "Hi Colin, yes that would be fine, I appreciate that. Send me your number and I'll call you shortly." Not only did we never talk on the phone, but he never even emailed me back. BOTTOM LINE RUN! NEVER deal with this company!

I ordered a small plaque, it came with an error…read more I accept that it could have been my original error, but there is no saved document attached to the receipt or available were I can confirm who made the error. Additionally, they really screw on the shipping costs that they throw on as you check out. Pretty disappointed in the whole experience.

    Serious Red flags dealing with this owner on FB MarketPlace…read more To update this review: when the owner saw this review he behaved even more unprofessionally by blatantly lying to justify his actions stating I "would not take out of stock as an answer" and accused me of harrassment as his reasoning for blocking me when I was a few minutes in replying. He has tried to paint me as upset because he sold his product to someone else, when I wasnt in an hurry for the item at all. Lying about a custimer to justify poor business behaviour is why I am stunned and upset enough to post this review despite his ongoing bullying. The owner is Very impatient with communicating and instantly blocked me for not replying quickly enough MID conversation. I was not rude, impatient or difficult to please. I was stunned when I came back from taking an urgent phone call from the hospital and found he had "left the group". I didnt realize that when I said "Perfect!" in approval of the stein he was showing. Then he blocked me! I am stunned. I reached out on fb marketplace today about custom engraving my grandsons art. They were quick to reply and able to show a photo of the item they could create. I wasnt ordering for Christmas so there was no pressure get the item but it seemed they could do it quickly and I was willing to prepay and drive from Kingston to Brockville to pick up. I do alottt of custom orders as gifts for my family and even indicated I had several ideas for the future. Usually there's more to a story than a disgruntled customer presents but this is it. I am confused at this business behaviour and DO NOT recommend them for treating a customer so poorly.
