I would deduct a quarter star only because they forgot to mention they accidentally broke one of the outer window trims on a garage window --it was very brittle from facing the dry afternoon sun for 20 years, so I completely understand; just wish they had mentioned it. I added that quarter star back because upon arrival, Jerry the foreman pointed out that one of the front screens was busted from age/sun and offered to replace it for a great price--important when selling a house! All Around quoted me $2,375. To remove, clean and replace the guards. Their work required a team of two to spend a total of 5 hours at my house and 1/2 hour offsite to do the cleaning. This worked out at OVER $200/HOUR for UNSKILLED LABOR. Don't let this happen to you.
