I tell the employee "hold on, hold on", yet he is vigorously waving his arms for me to pull up. I just shook my head. Nonetheless, I paid my $5 and proceeded to enjoy the soap suds cascading down my window from the machine. And plus, both employees scrubbed the bugs from my bumper. Other than the weird employee waving me through prior to my paying first, I felt that this is an okay place to stop at when in Kilgore.

Geo refused to give out the managers name, he said the manager said not to reveal his name. Incompetence extends from the top down because of poor ownership and management this is why the employees act the way that they do. If you call, it's automated and refers you to the website, where the membership number is also required. To get a call back, you must also know the membership number. I am stuck and have paid for 4 consecutive months of service when I don't even live in Texas. I don't know anyone there locally that can go in for me. If I could give this location ZERO stars I would. I went through this wash on April 30th and had the light bar on my Jeep torn off. I have been though hundreds of these washes for over 5 years and NEVER had this happen. I couldn't drive anywhere since the bar was hanging over my windshield. Thank God it didn't break my windshield. The people in the office were not helpful. All they said was to give them my information. There is no customer service number. The manager was not helpful and how he is a manager I have no idea. The guy who came out to help take off the bar completely for me so I could drive home told me "I tightened up the machine to prevent this from happening." I do not recommend going to this wash. And I still have not heard back from anyone.
