I tell the employee "hold on, hold on", yet he is vigorously waving his arms for me to pull up. I just shook my head. Nonetheless, I paid my $5 and proceeded to enjoy the soap suds cascading down my window from the machine. And plus, both employees scrubbed the bugs from my bumper. Other than the weird employee waving me through prior to my paying first, I felt that this is an okay place to stop at when in Kilgore.

The guys in the front that are supposed to scrub your grill/front bumper half-assed the scrubbing and SURPRISE!, bugs and road junk are still there. Don't even try to talk to management about it either, it's useless. They'll say that it's "road tar" and that the wash isn't equipped to handle it. Needless to say I won't be coming back. I've had better car washes from an East Texas thunderstorm.

Several of the sprayers weren't working and still had soap all over my car as the blowers were drying it. She goes into the auto carwash and has to get a long pole to retrieve one of them. It had been ran over by the car behind me and won't reattach. I ask her if this happens a lot and she replies " more than you know". I ask if the usually pay for it and she says" not usually". She calls Omar (the owner in Dallas) and she asks me the make and model of my car. She relates my answer to Omar who replies that my car is too old to fix.
