Geo promised me a full retraction of the rollers inside the car wash, and a touchless wash drive-through. This didn't happen. The vehicle was filthy after going through the wash. The employee didn't wipe it off. We asked for a refund and was refused. We were only offered a credit for our next visit which won't happen. Geo refused to give out the managers name, he said the manager said not to reveal his name. Incompetence extends from the top down because of poor ownership and management this is why the employees act the way that they do. This establishment reeks of incompetence, and does not perform as promised I would avoid at all cost.

For a GREAT price, Big Wave's team cleaned my van and the cargo box on top with expert efficiency. When they were done I was shocked at how good it looked!! My truck was actually clean and looked better than it has from any other car wash I've been to. To top it off, it's cheaper than the place's I frequently go to. Maaco was open on a Saturday morning, took my car in and gave me an estimate of a bit over $1,500 to replace the entire bumper and components. I was told it would take fourteen days to fix. I called in on the morning of day eighteen and was told it would be ready that afternoon. The repairs costed a lot and took a very long time for parts to arrive, but I chalk that up to supply chain problems across this and every other industry. Overall, I would recommend this business. Costs came in as promised, the repairs were done soon enough and the new bumper looks really nice. The weekend hours are also much appreciated.
