I did some research and decided I wanted to use a local company. After looking through multiple reviews, I decided on Peskies. I called the office and spoke with a nice lady. She told me what they do and that a contract is not required. She did say they request you do at least 2 quarters. The price was comparable. I was charged $99 for the first visit, which included inside and outside treatment. Next quarter, it will be $99 they will spray outside, but if you have some issues inside, let them know. They will address it. The tech, Michael, was nice and professional. He gave me an overview of what he did and gave me some information on other services they offer. I may switch over my termite bond next year to them.

Worked out the details the tech arrived looked around outside peeked in the attic and said everything looked good. did not dig around the foundation, nothing. We go back outside and he hands me a bill for $500.00. now this is the first I have heard of this. The bill has knox pest, Forstson GA on it. Ok that's on me. I know right then I do not want to do business with these types of people. Then two weeks ago I'm not home a tech shows up at my house unannounced, is given permission to inspect outside the house and leaves a bill for $250.00. Again, no mentioned on the front end, not treatment just walk around the house and leave a bill. I would consider other companies before every giving these low lifes a chance.

Jared King has expanded from just himself to a team of people, and we have been SO excited to watch him grow! We are signed up for the quarterly service and it is an incredible value for what we pay. Four times a year, they show up to treat the exterior. We receive a text message from Inspire at least a couple of days before they arrive, so if we need to reschedule, we can easily call or text to do so. Also, if we need interior treatment, the text message they send helps us to coordinate who will stay home for pest control to come in. If you have any issues between those times, or need extra sticky traps in the garage (like us), just call or text and Inspire will make sure you are covered. Jerek came to our home last Wednesday and took great care of us. We did not need interior treatment this time, so he got the outside and in our garage for us. His customer service was top notch.
