We tried 3 different kinds of Masa Tamales for our Oscars party: greenbean/walnut, poblano chili & cheese, chipotle & red pepper. Again, omfg, so good, amazing, nothing can compare. Truly. Where to even begin: flavorful, moist, artisanal, ORGANIC (yes), bold flavor combinations, tasty, yummy.... I can't find enough words of praise. All I can say is this woman is a genius. BTW, don't be afraid of the green bean & walnut. The flavor profile is fantastic. Go for it. Oh, and tons of vegan choices. She has a wide spectrum of tamales to satisfy carnivores and herbivores.
