We called on them to seal my new $20k porch without first washing it he & she has left my porch with acorn stains and rug residue sealed into it! It was verbally made clear the day of that the porch had not been cleaned prior to the job. The man said he would take care of it. He was in such a hurry to get the job done, my porch was jacked up in one hour. Their remedy to make it right was to pressure wash my new wood and if that failed to remove the stains, I was to buy new boards out of my pocket and they would lay them. Along with pulling up my step boards and flipping them over in order to remedy the stains sealed under the sealant. High dollar for bad business! I don't recommend them!
