I contacted The Roomplace and go figure the warranty for parts had just ended. Talked to several different reps and they all gave us misinformation until one kindly told me I'd have to repurchase the entire bed. I was a bit skeptical at first because well I had to allow a complete stranger into my home and by it being a smaller/local business the only thing I had to go with where reviews and my intuition. After going back and forth for a little over a week, he was still communicative all the way up to the day of service. Very HAPPY!! I had a fence installed in 2020, but now (July 2022) that the ground has settled, I've been having rabbits in the yard, digging up the grass and building nests. Although I love animals, I don't want any baby bunnies in my yard, because my cat loves spending time in the yard, and I don't want him to hurt the babies. Plus, he has managed to escape from the yard through the open areas that the rabbits have been using. Russell was able to figure out a way to block the gap below my fence to keep my cat IN and the rabbits OUT. He bought vinyl lattice to match my white vinyl fence and cut it to fit between the posts and screwed it in, and there is no longer a gap! Problem solved! And it looks attractive! I could not be HAPPIER!! I will definitely use Russell again. He was prompt, efficient, very reasonable, and I am thrilled to not be chasing after my runaway cat, or chasing rabbits out of the yard!!
