The orchids are beautiful. However, there are many orchids that have mealy bugs. This causes the orchids to die quickly and may likely infest other plants in your home. What they do is change the moss around the roots so you cannot see the bugs. They look like concentrated spider webs/cotton. My husband bought several plants to decorate our home the day before Thanksgiving. When he arrived and I was going to arrange the orchids, I noticed that the majority had a blatantly visible mealy bug problem. I called the owner who was very polite and she asked that I sent her pictures. I did. She told me there would be no problem in returning or exchanging. I kept the small orchids (that didn't seem to have any visible infestation, at a risk) and had my husband return the large white orchids. He showed up on Thanksgiving morning to process the return as the owner agreed to and the employee at the shop was extremely rude and condescending. My husband just kept telling her that I had spoken to the owner and that he was only there to return the infested orchids as we agreed. She berated him for no reason and accused him of nothing being wrong with the plants and that clients are never happy. She also said that she couldn't believe we would show up on Thanksgiving to return the orchids. They were clearly infected. The last thing we wanted to do was have to find the time to return the plants, be left without them, and for my husband to have to deal with an employee that lacks education in customer service. read more

They have a wonderful supply of beautiful orchids and provide guidance for caring for them. We wanted to have some orchids attached to our trees. We made an appointment and Monica kept us posted as to the status of the installer who was on his way to our house from Key Biscayne. Driving around Miami with all the traffic is not an easy thing. The guy arrived, checked out the areas where we wanted the orchids hung, and installed the right orchids based on the amount of sun they would get. We desperately wanted to give him a tip for driving time and gas, and he refused. Worst customer service from Monica! I gave this place a try and will NEVER come back. I walked away with orchid and had to return 2 minutes later and she literally blamed me for not knowing how to handle an orchid. Really? Is that what you tell a customer?! I am not one to write a negative review but she has no customer service or troubleshooting skills. After trying to exchange the flower less orchids the owner accused me of being untruthful as if i were trying to cheat her out of new orchids. I parked in the back of the building, to find parking for the shops you must come in through 21st terrace because the road is a loop, and I wondered in the store by accident. The storeowner was very warm so I decided to look around....the plants were all displayed simply and well taken care of and they are VERY inexpensive. There were lots of orchids (too many) so variety is not, but they had other plants in the store.
