My kids sent me the most beautiful arrangement for Mother's Day. I wasn't home but they were so kind to call. I suggested they leave it with a neighbor. The neighbor wasn't home but they called back and let me know that made sure to leave it in a very safe shaded area. Most Mother's Day the flower arrangements are not that great! My flowers I ordered were replaced with carnation instead of roses and some cheap yellow flowers. To top it off she wrote to me that I have other reviews. I use Miami florist for years and I wrote an amazing review. Shame on me for using K&K for my mom's birthday. The owner delivered something completely different than promised inside her store. The flowers died and some were dead upon arrival. She argued with me and refused to replace them $117.70 flowers. Very upset with my first, and probably last, experience with K&K Flowers. I made a delivery appointment on Valentine's Day for 6pm, as my girlfriend doesn't get to work until 5pm. I get a text from then notifying me that the flowers were delivered... at 3:45! Of course, her coworkers text her about it, and the surprise was ruined. The staff: While they were nice when I was placing the order, when I call back about this issue all they said was sorry (in a none sincere way) and said something along the lines of "it's Valentine's Day and we're busy. These things happen". She never seemed to want to try and fix it, or at least keep me as a future customer (by giving me a refund, discount on my next purchase, or anything). Never been as upset and disappointed at a business then I am with K&K Flowers. You just lost a customer with potential recommendations. If you're trying to deliver for a specific time you might want to use someone else. read more

From the moment I first emailed K&K flowers, I knew that they were going to be the one (out of probably 30 different flower shops in south Florida). Kate & Kevin are a husband & wife local business that provide the highest quality customer service and freshest flowers. After I initially emailed, Kate created a fabulous mood board that captured all of the colors and flower choices. Then a few weeks later I visited the shop and Kate walked me through everything. I felt totally comfortable with all of Kate's recommendations to stay within my budget! The wedding day came and Kate came into the room with all of the bridal bouquets. I am sending this letter to make a complaint on the flowers that I have received. The flowers I received were not fresh and they were already weeping upon arrival. As a customer that concerns me of how they are taken care of before arrival. I would recommend having the flowers taken a little more serious as they make huge and valuable impressions upon people lives. Flowers are supposed to last longer than moments do. This was not the case with the ones I received. I am hoping there is a way to fix this issue. Our delivery driver had to leave flowers at the front desk with a vase (all bouquets that You ordered came without vases). She won't give us an old bouquet, so we couldn't check the quality of flowers, but we are sure that they are fresh, plus we never want to disturb You with this problems. So each time when You ordered flowers for Z , we had to deliver it twice.
