When I responded confused, Pablo got confrontational, and rude. Making me feel very very uncomfortable, I just paid the fee to get away from the situation, Pablo THEN gave me his PERSONAL, cell phone #, and told me to call him for a deal on a second key. I immediately called and asked for a manger, was told to email, called today and spoke with mem, explained the situation and I at first thought we were off to a good start, told her I felt jerked around, and uncomfortable. THEN advises instead of being able to refund to my card, they need to send me a check. I tried to give this company a chance before reporting, but after today's encounter I would love to avoid anyone else having this experience.
