Came here to register a car I bought in Abington. Process was pretty painless. The only knock was filling out the forms. The front desk person was very nice but pointed me to sign the wrong line on the title, which she did addend and filled out the proper paperwork. She also put my old old address on the second form, forcing her to re-write the whole form. And finally, after being pulled over, she might have also put down the license plate incorrectly which I physically put on the front counter (will know for certain when the registration paperwork comes in). She had a lot of personal issues going on, but she was also very friendly and apologetic. So some points for putting on a good face. As for as titling services, I've had worse experiences in center city, so kudos to this friendly bunch.

I recently had an oil change at a Nissan Dealership and I was informed that a previous service provider(AAA) had overtightened and stripped the drain plug, leaving me responsible for a $400 repair just to get my car back. I contacted AAA immediately to report the issue, but was unable to reach a manager despite multiple attempts over several days. I was told to call back, then told the manager was unavailable, then promised a follow-up call that never came. I was told by a worker there, believe his name was James that I should be entitled to a reimbursement if they're at fault. After finally speaking with a manager nearly a week later, I submitted documentation from the dealership confirming the damage. The next day I received an email stating my claim was denied because AAA did not have the opportunity to inspect the damage themselves. This was extremely frustrating, as I made repeated efforts to contact them but was unable to get a timely response. Overall, this experience showed a lack of accountability and poor customer service. I felt completely disregarded as a customer and will not be returning. I would not recommend this location to others.
