However, turns out they didn't fill the entire wall with insulation and they came out and drilled big holes in my walls on the inside and filled up the rest. However, they informed me it would be my responsibility to fill in the holes. I complained to the job boss and he sent a guy over to take care of it. However, he made a comment about how much I complained about it but I didn't. How rude. I would no way recommend this company. And, of course, now I had 3 + rooms that I had to re-paint. No happy.

I went up into the attic to look for frost on my roof decking boards as they suggested.. Sure enough there was a nice thick layer of frost. Which meant I needed some baffles installed to allow air to flow better. I did my research and found this company to be the best in the area. Jerry came out and took a look at was needed. Gave me a no fuss reasonable quote and went on his way. I approved the quote about an hour later. The quote Included pulling current insulation away from soffits and edge drip side vents, installing baffles in all rafters in the attic. Push insulation back. Then lay a nice fresh new coat of cellulose insulation. The team arrived as scheduled, they laid down protective cloth before starting any work on my home and started working. The lead tech took photos of each phase to show me the work being done. at each step. The team was super friendly, and very efficient. Now I'm no insulation expert. But from what I could tell, they did a great job. They cleaned up both inside and outside of my house very well. The office staff were also super awesome. Melissa had my appointment scheduled very quickly. In addition, she also pre-filled out all the paperwork I needed to get a rebate from consumers energy. I know for me when a company can take any stress off of you and help you with some paperwork. That's a great thing . I would highly recommend this company for your insulation needs. Had install on existing home remodel to spray foam walls and bond -- very disappointed. Workers…read moreseemed new and not supervised well. Left the work area a mess to the point a manager had to come out to clean up. Left house totally unlocked and garage open after informing us to stay elsewhere overnight. Later contractors had to chip off areas where spray should not have gone, and fill in low spots where it should have been -- which costed us more in the end. Office was helpful sending rebate information that I might have forgotten. Would only consider them again on a new build, and even then, with some hesitation.

The job was to foam insulate a crawl space under a 19 x 23 family room addition after a pipe burst in the crawl. They made a plastic tunnel to work through to remove old insulation and covered all areas in tarp so my home was not full of insulation dust upon completion. They cleaned up all areas, including vacuuming when they were done. Kind, friendly, respectful and overall amazing work and knowledge of their craft. Reasonably priced. Great experience overall!

They have to behave like professionals, answer and return calls, know what they're doing, be patient with the consumer and their concerns, as well as have top notch, post installation consumer care. Also, can't fail to mention clean up after themselves, that's a special concern when you have dogs running the property, you don't need a nail in their paw... We have a ranch home, along with an attached three and a half car garage, so plenty of roof... tear off, replacement, clean up..all completed, in 20 hours! 12 hours the first day and 8 the next!
