These men stole jewelry from my home. I've since learned that Mr. K's has had multiple police complaints filed against his company for theft, grand larceny, trespassing, and harassment all against customers! How is this man able to do business and terrify customers? A police officer informed me that most complaints weren't prosecuted because his workers are undocumented and cannot be found once released on bail. Someone needs to be held responsible! Someone needs to ascertain that the public is protected. Mr. K himself became very argumentative and arrogant with me when I asked for the names of the individuals who were in my home. No sensitivity or cooperation whatsoever for a distressed customer. I just hope to never see them again and pray that this review saves at least one person from being victimized. read more

We have been using Mr Ks for washing our windows inside and outside for many years. It is always easy to make an appointment and the woman who does the scheduling is so nice. And if you need to get the windows cleaned on short notice, she always makes it happen. The window washers are a great bunch. The foreman always contacts you upon arrival to make sure it is ok to start the job. The entire crew is courteous and friendly and a hard working bunch. They are considerate of your home and even remove their shoes when entering it. The crew wore masks, took their shoes off in before coming into the house, moved whatever furniture they needed to (and moved it back when down), were polite and nice! I also appreciate that the folks who are cleaning the windows from the inside take their shoes off leaving their socks on so never scuff marks or the possibility of outside dirt being tracked in.
