Not only did they complete the entire roof replacement on my large ranch-style home exactly when they said they would and for the price we agreed on, but the quality of their work is just outstanding. We had three old skylights removed, and you'd never even know they were there - the roofline is seamless. What really impressed me was that they proactively replaced a whopping 41 pieces of plywood that had seen better days - that's attention to detail you just don't see every day! The crew was a pleasure to have around - totally professional and clearly dedicated to making sure every single detail was perfect. And the cleanup? Spotless! You wouldn't have known they were even here, except for the beautiful new roof. And the peace of mind? Incredible! The project came with a strong, manufacturer-transferable warranty, which is a huge plus. But honestly, what truly blew me away was Pedro himself. He went above and beyond, even replacing a few of my gutters (which was not in the original proposal and at no cost) just to ensure the whole job looked absolutely top-notch and that I was completely satisfied. In Oct 2025, I had a partial roof replacement which included replacing a skylight and also installing a sun tunnel. Pedro had no problem finding the exact size skylight, replacing rotten wood and finishing off the inside very nicely. His crew also installed the sun tunnel in our LR, replaced several sheets of plywood and then installed the new roof on that part of the house. They were extremely clean, covering everything inside and outside. They went above and beyond for us always blowing leaves off the house and the surrounding areas making sure they picked up all nails and any other debris. They even stained the new trim to finish off the skylight! We're very pleased with the work they did for us and I'm going to have them come back in the near future and do the rest of the roof, gutters and maybe a door or 2. Very reasonable price. I noticed the men all worked.. They all knew the job they were to do. Excellent team work by Padros employees. Helped each other out to get job done. Kept yard and deck driveway and lawn protected by tarps. I could see they did many roofs. I liked the way they were careful on the roof. Not Reliable....I had an appointment scheduled with this company for an estimate on my roof repair. The day came and they had me waiting, waiting, waiting and no one showed up. No phone call, no nothing. Don't bother with these guys. They don't even deserve one star but Yelp doesn't allow you to leave it blank. Very bad first impression. read more
