There are a number of washers and dryers that are tagged as inoperable, but the main disappointment is a laundromat that doesn't have soap. It gets worse, just tried the dryer, sooooo slow, barely blows heat and the men's room is locked. No one is in it, just dead bolted shut. The women's room is open, but the men's is not. TERRIBLE

Self serve, plenty of folding tables when it isn't super packed. Price on each machine is reasonable. $3.50 for the smaller washer machines for each wash and it's .25 cents for each 5 mins in the dryer(it was $1.50 for me to use the dryer for 30mins). Cash only as there are change machines there to get quarters back to use. There's more parking in the back. I didn't need anything from the staff but I could tell from what I saw from other customers, they were helpful if you asked.

Now all the machines do is take your money and a lot of detergent. The big machines used to cost 10.25 now have gone up to 11.00 and only 1 out 3 work. You cannot even try to complain to an attendant because there is barely one here. And there is, a woman and a man that are doing their laundry in the only working machines, will tell you that they just used the washer you are throwing coins into. Oh the dryers, good luck finding ones that get your clothes dry! And then there is one that doesn't shut but the attendant swears she just used it and it works! But please don't upset her because she will just start sweeping dirt right on you and your clean clothes. I will make sure that they never ever get my business again. You want to waste money, detergent and not have clean clothes? This is your place. Other than that steer far far away Plant City. Horrible corrupt business!

Oh, the machines, Wow!! their 45lb $6.00 (and larger) jet engine Dexters (yes look it up) not only clean, but the clothes are almost dry and almost lint free coming out. (I use laundry detergent sheets instead of liquids or powders). The dryer then can work less, take a larger load with fewer minutes. Great location and very easy parking. This is my go to place - less expensive than owning machines!!

Today I put my clothes in a dryer for 30 minutes on high, waited the entire time, only to find out the machine doesn't heat. The clothes were ice cold and not dry in the slightest. Half the machines here are full of clothes that people left unattended, meaning they're all unusable until someone takes the clothes out of them. Super frustrating because there's no employees to monitor the machines like at other laundromats in the area. Definitely go somewhere else.

As if going to the Laundromat wasn't enough of a chore, they have implemented another step. If you don't carry pockets full of quarters, the only way to use the machines is through a kiosk. It will tell you that a new card costs $1.00 and then ask you how much you want to put on the card, I had calculated what the total was and entered it. After all of that I received my card. Then to my surprise when I tried to pay for the last machine I found that I was $1.00 short. My math wasn't wrong, the machine that I got the card from had deducted the cost of the card from the total. From there I was already frustrated but I figured, "I'll just put one more dollar on the card", only to find that the machine only accepts a minimum of $10.00 deposit. This led to much more inconvenience after an already inconvenient experience. In my search for one dollar in quarters I had forgotten my card in the machine that requires you to leave it there for several seconds and only when I returned did I realized that... Of course it was stolen. All of this looks like greed at the patrons expense. I have no problem using another Laundromat. Supermatt is trying to become a bank.
