It's a great shop with very polite staff. They turn things around promptly and have very convenient hours. The one time I had a complaint about a strain on a shirt, it was corrected to my satisfaction. My wife and I have been customers for 2 years and she is very pleased with her dresses and 'things' as well. When I called to ask how to remove the label the girl sounded so surprised that I would purchase expensive clothing and that I didn't want the label to be permanent. She told me the process of how to remove, but since it was more lengthy than I hoped I took it back to the cleaners and asked them to remove it since they were the experts. Hmmm...surprise surprise, they couldn't get it off all the way. So now, I still have the scar of some random bar code on all my pants.
