My husband missed his flight because of their disorganization. The limo never showed up. When we called the number he didn't care. He said "uuuuh, oh uhhhh maybe we got hacked, I don't know". He didn't know where any of his drivers were and couldn't tell us if someone was going to pick us up or not. Didn't say he would try and rectify their mistake, or that he'd even call us back. When I called him back after booking with another company to make sure our limo was cancelled, he refused to give me his name and hung up on me. DO NOT BOOK WITH ANY COMPANY THAT HAS NO COMPANY ADDRESS AND THE PHONE NUMBER 1-866-888-7378 WHAT A SCAM!!!!!

As I read through his email stream of offside comments, attempts to evade my questions, misquoting of information and lies about what had happened, I was appalled. Mostly, he was unprofessional to an extent I have never experienced with a company claimed to be committed to quality customer service. It's a pity his demeanor and lack of business expertise deters from people supporting a local business. After 10 years of being a loyal customer (something which was acknowledged as meaningless in the handling of this issue with the owner), I am ready to cut ties with this business. Its operational shortcomings and unprofessional/incapable leadership do not warrant another dollar spent on its services. In summary, Lux Limo is not transparent about the fees it charges for service. It does not recognize or apologize when mistakes are made by those it employs.
