In response to an incident where my pre-arranged airport shuttle did not show up, he was rude, unaccommodating and insulting. As I read through his email stream of offside comments, attempts to evade my questions, misquoting of information and lies about what had happened, I was appalled. Mostly, he was unprofessional to an extent I have never experienced with a company claimed to be committed to quality customer service. It's a pity his demeanor and lack of business expertise deters from people supporting a local business. After 10 years of being a loyal customer (something which was acknowledged as meaningless in the handling of this issue with the owner), I am ready to cut ties with this business. Its operational shortcomings and unprofessional/incapable leadership do not warrant another dollar spent on its services. In summary, Lux Limo is not transparent about the fees it charges for service. It does not recognize or apologize when mistakes are made by those it employs.
