No interest in their monthly plans. I told the young man that and he was fine. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Out of nowhere, some other guy who was lurking in the shadows came out of nowhere and took over, relentlessly trying to pressure me to get their monthly plans.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]I must've said NO, over 10 times. Ge just kept going! I told him I was in a hurry and just want my single car wash. He wouldn't stop[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]]. [[HIGHLIGHT]]I finally reached my breaking point and snapped at him- totally went off and said I was done.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] I had been going there longer than he had been alive, but I was never coming back. Plenty of other places to go- one in every corner. [[HIGHLIGHT]]I drove away telling the polite young man that he was great and not to listen to the other pressure salesman- " how well did his tactic work?!"[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Drove across the street to GetGo and had a great experience, plus it was cheaper!!! AVOID. I brought my truck for a wash, attendant said I could get 1 month for $29.95 so I agreed. He took my card and swiped it. I just found that his has been a recurring monthly charge on my card. I wasn't told this, was not given any printed info, and did not agree to a recurring charge. They will not refund for months I was charged. This seems to be a purposely Deceptive practice. As for the quality of the wash, when I previously used it, I had have to circle around and ask for a 2nd pass--lots of dirt left on. In late March 2026 these new brushes 'pinstriped' my vehicle with scratches from bumper to bumper. Rep was great - took pics and said I'd be contacted. It's been weeks now and nbody has bothered to call or message me. I have to look at those scratches every day. Avoid MrMagic. Leave the dirt on undamaged paint. You'll be happier. read more

Although Mr. Magic has changed hands a few times in the past 20 years or so; the wash they provide is still among the best and their monthly package pricing makes having a clean car extremely convenient and simple. Former Manager Mike of 8 months. Earned a bonus of December. Quit today and they are keeping my bonus. They up the prices to the highest in the industry and lowered the salaries of all the employees and lie on indeed to sneak people in. Then they stole my sick time when I gave them a two week notice. The management above the site managers (who are all great) are horrible. CEO/CFO GREED! They made me come to work against doctors orders after major hand surgery and now the hand is disabled. read more

Our maintenance and operations teams follow that rule closely ( they need to put some money back in to there product)when equipment needs repairs, they act together to keep everything running safely and reliably, even if that occasionally results in overlapping downtime. ( more than occasionally) As outlined in our terms and conditions: "Although this is an unlimited use car wash program, the car wash equipment is mechanical and may occasionally be unavailable due to repairs or maintenance or due to weather conditions or other events beyond our control. It would be in your control if you spend some money)We do not guarantee any of our car washes will be available to you at the time you seek to use it. ( I know that for sure , and you don't care rude people)Your unlimited package is accepted at each of our car wash locations. We are closed on Easter Sunday, Thanksgiving, and Christmas Day and operate on reduced hours on other holidays. ( nothing else to say , commercial not needed) Credit is not issued for holidays, maintenance, repairs or other closures." Was a member for a long time. January 25, I went to the South Park Rd. facility. I went through the car wash then up to Shop n Save, where I saw all the surface scratches, all over the car, from the brushes, at the car wash. I immediately went back to the facility. [[HIGHLIGHT]]The kid took a picture of the hood. He said they would call me. No call came[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]]. I took photos from my iPhone, which I took to the South Park Rd. Mr. Magic. [[HIGHLIGHT]]They had every denial in the book. MrRdThey said it was not done by them[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]]. I was going to go to Bethel's magistrate, but it would cost me nearly $150, just to file a grievance. I learned that, through a prior experience, with the magistrate. I hate they took over Coates car wash, this place does a horrible job, I have an SUV, the back of my car is left dirty all the time. I have came right back and it would still be dirty, it's because the got rid of the people who spray the back, you can't get in touch with any one , so I need to go to the bank and cut them off. Warning: Do not ever go to Mr. Magic Car wash, never give them your credit card number. We opt for their one month $29.25 used it ONLY for that month over 6 months ago. That car, our only car for over 3 months has been out of Pittsburgh and PA. But this business had kept our credit card and charged EVERY MONTH. At the Mt Lebanon location 04/22/22. I had a coupon for a discount on the car wash. Sat in line for about 10 minutes and was directed to a payment station to use my credit card. The cashier said she couldn't give me the discount ($14 for wash) because her machine couldn't accept it. However, I could get $5 off the $25 car wash. So I was offered a $20 instead of the $14 wash! 36% more. Bait & Switch? False advertising? Deceitful advertising and business practice. This is not the type of business I want to support. read more

I drove my 2019 Subaru WRX through this car wash on 2/9/24. I normally hand wash my car because I don't trust drive thru car washes. I was in the area and had a few minutes to kill before picking up my dinner and decided to go to this car wash. I figured it would be one that's safe for me to use, being that it's in the heart of Cranberry, but I was very wrong. I got home from there and saw swirl marks/scratches down the entire driver side of my car. I contacted the car wash, who asked for me to bring it back so the manager could file a damage report. When I got there, the manager of the car wash was great, and very friendly. Him and another employee agreed that there were visible scratches on the car, and told me someone would be in touch. The next day, the district manager, Don, contacted me and came out to see my car. He came out whenever it was very overcast and with my car being a dark gray metallic, he said he could not see any scratches. He told me even if he could see them that there's no way it could have been caused by the car wash, and they are from my car being 5 years old. Keep in mind, my car is a WRX, and anyone who knows anything about cars knows they are very nice cars (even the manager of the actual car wash told me how nice my car was) After talking to the district manager and him telling me they won't take responsibility for the damage caused, I asked him who his supervisor was because I wanted to speak to someone who would actually listen to me, instead of insulting me. He told me there's no one else above him, and he wouldn't do anything to make this right. My car was immaculate and did not have any scratches or swirl marks prior to this car wash. I have reached out to this company multiple times now to have this resolved but no one will return any calls or emails. I am now left with a scratched up car and a company that will not take accountability for it. It's mind blowing to me that this happened by no fault of my own, other than my stupidity of trusting this car wash, and they will not do anything at all to make it right. The only place I come to get my car washed. Mr. Magic is excellent- their service is the best and their washes are THE best. Last time I came, there was a lot of bird poop on my car, and sure enough it was completely gone when my car was out of the wash (surprisingly, this isn't always the case with other places). One of the things I like the best, is the fact that the person who leads your car in to the wash, also sprays your car down and targets specific areas that need more cleaning. The only thing I would change is the fact that they don't have employees that help to dry the cars off anymore. I really miss that feature, as I now have to do it myself and didn't mind tossing a couple extra bucks to the guys for doing it for me. Overall- it's worth the money here. Your car will be sparkling when it's out of the wash. read more

I've always been a fan of Mr magic and was happy to see the improvements that were made but I noticed after the improvements the air blowers seemed more powerful. After my last wash I noticed the plastic cover on my roof antenna was missing, it was found on the floor of the car wash. I filed a claim and was told by the manager essentially that my 2016 Hyundai was defective and I should take it up with them. I reached out to Hyundai but there weren't any recalls on my model so I sent an email back explaining I'd be willing to file a claim through my insurance if Mr magic would pay the $100 deductible. It seemed a reasonable compromise to me. I sent 2 more emails and left a phone message but was not contacted back. I've since had it fixed but I feel a responsibility to warn people that if you have the slightest lack of confidence in the ability of your antenna cover find a different car wash because if you find yourself in a similar situation don't expect any customer service. read more

This place does an excellent job cleaning my truck. My only complain is that they don't allow open bed trucks (not sure I understand that). But other than that they do a great job. One more thing I wish they still had the towels drying service. read more

This location had a decent wash. The staff was very friendly. They offered a nice variety of services. I was surprised at the cost. We paid $11 for a wash (there is a check in special but I did not check in until I was in the machine). It's nice that you can drive your own car through--great on super hot days.
