Zero communication, and no follow up after booking. Had to get another vendor last minute to salvage the event. My recommendation - DO NOT USE THEM! Still trying to get my deposit back. **Update** I have records and screenshots of my calls, left numerous voicemails on the phone number they provided which now they are saying they don't receive voicemails on. In which I asked for a return call, eventually then having to ask for a refund. There was never an attempt to respond to my email or phone calls until it was too late and my review was in, then it was "I was going to respond today". Same lie everyone says when they get called out or caught in a lie. Poor communication, no accountability, unorganized and the worst customer service.

So we knew we wanted that same energy! When it came time to start planning our own party, they were so great. Communication was awesome and the pricing was great! We ended up with three gaming tables (black Jack, craps, and roulette), and everyone had so much fun. It was a great addition to the party.
