She is personable and very helpful and will make herself available to get on the phone with you to discuss your event/questions versus trying to go back and forth over text. I love that they do craft cocktails! It allowed me to customize what my guests would be looking for. Vivian also worked with me on a whiskey drink I saw on a menu at a restaurant to incorporate into my menu. Pricing was very reasonable. We had a bees knees which was delicious and soo beautiful, the guava mint margarita which was the best margarita I've ever had and blackberry whiskey smash. Vivian and her team bartended my wedding last weekend, and WOW they were amazing (my favorite vendor if I'm being honest) from the moment I booked the thirsty horse she was ON IT! Was recommended to The Thirsty Horse by the Linksman (venue for private parties, check them out!) in Santa Ana for my 40th birthday. We were connected with Vivian who was super helpful & responsive in answering all our questions via txt message. She made sure we were comfortable with the service and provided us all the details on what was being provided and what we needed to provide. We did have to bring our own liquor or you could use one of her spirits vendors to have it delivered but we wanted to keep whatever what was left after the party. Becky was our assigned bartender and she arrived on time (early) to setup the bar and was just waiting on me to arrive with the alcohol to start making drinks. I am so glad we chose the spicy pineapple mango margarita because that was such a HIT! We have used the thirsty horse two times now and just booked them for a third time. They're always on time if not early! They're very dependable and respond right away. The set up always looks so beautiful and the drinks are always made perfectly. I have had to use other Bartender's in the past when it was last minute, (on a holiday) and the thirsty horse was already booked and the drinks do not taste nearly as good. Thirsty horse was absolutely amazing! We used them for my bridal shower on Saturday, I had approximately 13 people or so there, it was a smaller gathering and the owner was kind enough to come and host the bar herself! She immediately hugged me upon meeting me and complimented me. Her personality fit right in with the other girls, she was so warm and kind, she even greeted my nephew and gave him a little dinosaur. And even though we didn't request that she wear any specific color, she came in PINK! It was such a nice surprise to see her matching the theme of the bridal. Her entire aesthetic was adorable, from her cute little bar car that she allowed us to customize by putting a removable "engaged" sign on.I choose 3 signature cocktails. They were all delicious but I'd highly recommend asking for a frose (frozen rose) if you have a smaller party. We also had a lemon drop and an amaretto sour but the frose was such a hit, that was the most ordered drink at the bar. I also had custom napkins made for the bar and she was sweet enough to use them and hand one to every girl with their drink of choice. We had a slightly more formal meal so while we all sat at the table for our food, she came over and offered to serve us at the table.
