As soon as they drove out of my driveway, they left when I was coming out of the kitchen, I say the branch on the ground. I immediately called their company but no one answered so I left a voicemail. No one ever called me back-I had to call them. Once I did get a hold of someone, they told me to contact my homeowners insurance and never took responsibility to what their employees did to my furniture. I thought they were doing a good job until I realized they didn't tie down the load or secure it. I had fragile items just tossed up top that de and broke. Furniture wasn't wrapped throughly or protected. Boxes we're stacked on fragile boxes. I had unprotected furniture that is all scratched up and needing to be redone from damage. Even the movers in FL reported what a horrible job they had done loading to uHaul and Moving Help. I would not recommend this crew and regret I tipped them well.
