He paid for the tires in cash right then, but when he asked for a receipt showing he paid in cash the guy looked at him like he was accusing him of something. He just wanted a receipt that says he paid cash. After going back and forth a bit, he finally gave him one. He also asked while they had his vehicle up in the air could they look and see if there was as any fluid on the brake line, a simple yes or no. He waited a long time and asked what was happening because it shouldn't have taken that long. The guy said he would go check and came back saying it was done. How long it was done, no idea, but they didn't do the front end alignment, said he needed a ball joint. He said ok and went to pay the lady at the counter and had to pay over $200 including a break inspection! He knew he had to pay for tire disposal $12 or so and balancing the new tires, but over $200? Plus they charged him $12 for a credit card fee!, when he paid cash? He cancelled the appointment to have new tires put on my car, we won't be going back. We felt totally ripped off.

Took 3 hours to put in new oil and new drain plug. Guys were talking most of the time.read more
