He shows up early to work every day and puts in long hours. He is conscientious about doing quality work, its what motivates him. After starting work on my house, he found problems with the bonding of the previous paint to the cedar siding. He spent alot of additional hours scraping and priming to ensure the new paint would adhere properly. He has some previous experience in other tradecrafts and so can replace siding, etc as needed. Matthew's bid was very competitive with other contractors and when his high level of attention to detail and strong work ethic are considered, makes for excellent value.
