I've been a regular customer for over a year (2-3 times per week, mostly salad, sandwiches, pizza), and received a wrong order the other week. I didn't accept the wrong item, and even received an angry call from them (despite me giving a generous tip, which was 1 EUR below the price of the wrong item I didn't take). Horrible customer service, it sounded like he was threatening me.
