These guys are a lock! I needed to get a lock rekeyed, and was in a pinch. I called Mr. Rekey, and navigated through the phone tree, and listened to the CEO of the company, Mr. Rekey himself thanking me, and how much he values my patronage. Finally, I got a very friendly, professional and knowledgeable dispatcher who fit my lock needs in that very day. The locksmith was out in a few hours, and was on time and fast. Everything about their customer service was amazing! I was so surprised yesterday when I received a call minutes after my online service request with First American Home Warranty. Usually I have to wait at least a day before I hear from anyone after initiating a service call request. Showed up without a mask and complete disregard for the pandemic. Contacted customer service about it and they basically suggested that it was our job to remind their technicians of current Covid protocols on Texas. I hired these guys after watching their video as it pertained to Rentals and being compliant with Texas Property Code, Chapter 92. However after I hired and paid for the $99 special that ended up being $146.77 on 3/20/2020. I have asked for the inspection because this house was quoted $300+ in needed work. He had a mask, explained what he was doing, and gave us options on how to pair specific keys with specific doors. He was quick and worked efficiently, and provided us with two set of keys. My lock was broken so was going to have to replace entire lock thing which was more money, I had accepted. Well at the end he tells me he was able to do it without having to replace, saving me money! I waa locked out of ny house today and they did an amazong jon helping me. I was told it would be 45-60 mins before they could get to my house and he was here in under 20 mins. My technician name was Mark Lodon and he was amazing. I asked if I could tip him and he said he was just doing his job so I called the company and bragged about him. I would call them if I even get locked out again. He even put a new plate on my door that had to be drilled into and offered to set my gradge door opener so this would never happen again. My property management company sent Mr. Rekey out to address a problem I was having with a lock. I have to say that the guy they sent out represented the company well. He called to let me know he was on his way. He was extremely polite, very professional and most helpful by giving me some safety pointers.
