I was having difficulty with my Cannon safe. I reached out to the manufacture and they asked me a few questions, determined the keypad was defective and sent me new hardware. They told me I would need to find a lock/safe professional to do the installation. I checked with a few different safe specialists and scheduled some time for Adrian to come out and check out the keypad. Adrian said hey do me one favor before I come out. "Would you add a new battery and just walk away from the safe for an hour. Sometimes they have a factory reset safety measure where you have to wait before you can enter your code." Believe it or not, this worked. Cannon didn't even mention that this was part of the troubleshooting process. Adrian could have charged me for a visit/troubleshoot but he did the honest thing and helped me out. Adrian is honest as they come. I would 100 percent recommend Adrian to any family/friend. The technician arrived in less than an hour of arranging the lock repair on a Sunday. This service is available on a day of week others like it are not. The technician was able to gauge the price estimate based off a brief description of an issue and sharing photos of the door locks. He gave an accurate cost once he arrived and saw what needed to be fixed. The technician repaired two locks, and explained the realities of door locks and screens in relation to home security, while working. The process started and ended in a span of what might have been fifteen to twenty minutes. The cost was affordable, it didn't go pass the $200 mark, or at least not for the particular issues my door locks had. I personally had a five star experience with this company. read more
