I'm incredibly happy with the work they did - they matched the existing features (trim, door style etc) of the house perfectly. They had good ideas and brought up things to consider, and additional costs for any changes along the way were reasonable. The guys who worked at my house were incredibly friendly and polite. The work turned out amazing - better than I had even hoped. Can't recommend them enough and will definitely go back to them for any similar work in the future.

He even sent us a few pictures of similar work he had done. We sent him the deposit and was all set. Rained pretty heavily on Friday and he reached out and said he thinks it would be best to reschedule for Saturday at 9am due to needing to possibly saw some pieces outside. Liked that he took the initiative to reschedule instead of taking a chance. Showed up perfectly on time on Saturday, all supplies ready to go. Told us he thought the work would take 2-3 hours- he was done in about an hour! Did a great job and you can't even tell the difference between the existing door frame and the new piece. Left everything in great condition and requested a broom so he sweep up. We also have a kitchen cabinet that cracked- and wanted to show him. He explained how we could easily and cheaply just fix it ourselves. So cool. Really nice guy who does great work- we will keep him in mind for future needs and highly recommend him!

Unprofessional, rude (especially Jose), unresponsive. My project was delayed by a month because he would not communicate with the partner flooring company and send photos, as he had promised. Would not show up on scheduled appointments. I had to beg them. I do not know how they stay in business, treating customers with the utmost disrespect. When I called to reschedule an apt after a 'no show' no one ever bothered to to call back. Said tending to emergency, and will call back; they never did. I was also charged several hundreds of $$ above the agreed price on the final bill. I called and asked the reason, and no one bothered to call me and explain. I kept calling because there were unresolved issues and some things were not correct with the final product. They were supposed to fix them. No one called me back. I now have to find someone else on my own and pay extra money to fix their issues and their mistakes. This is totally outrageous. Undoubtedly this company only cares for money; also shown by incredibly cheap, labor to save costs. Stay away. You will regret dealing with them. They are not worth the aggravation. They are not all that great. Find someone else, reputable and respectable who cares about their customers. Overall, I give them a 0 rating. Unprofessional, rude, unresponsive, not customer focused.
