Had a situation on my bathroom that when the toilet flushed, the shower would flood up with water. I messaged Urgent Drain through Yelp and was quoted $400 flat fee to resolve the matter. The scheduling was prompt and easy. Robert texted 30 minutes before he would arrive. They looked at the situation and said snaking the drain would resolve the matter. They removed the toilet and began to snake the drain. They were prompt and cleaned up after themselves. A+ for that The fee came out to a bit more than what I was quoted. $400 for the pipe cleaning, $150 to remove the toilet and put it back on, and $20 for a credit card processing fee. Luckily, I had a discount through yelp but I would have liked to have been notified of the additional fees beforehand, so that was my only gripe. read more

I called a "national brand" drain clearing service and they couldn't clear the clog. Wanted to pump the water and dig up the sewer line. This would put 2 families in a tough spot for a few days. I called Urgent Drain and they sent their tech and he worked on it for about 90 minutes and eventually pulled roots and "baby wipes" out of the drain and cleared it. We did NOT have to have the sewer replaced. I had them come back a few days later to "hydro-jet" the drain, to clear other blockages. Called Urgent Drain on a Friday due to water back up from toilet no matter where to use water in my house. Apparently there's a blockage in the main drainage pipe. They sent a technician to me and he spent two hours using snake, hydro jetting, but problem was not resolved. The technician gave me suggestions that I should consider to get a plumbing company to open up the road outside my house because he thought the blockage is somewhere between my house and the municipal main line which he couldn't handle. This conclusion proved to be wrong as the next day I hired another company and they resolved my issue using their hydro jetting machine. I would say it's either the technician Urgent Drain sent to me is not experienced enough or the hydro jetting they have is not powerful enough, anyway they charged me full price without solving my problem and also giving me wrong information. I contacted a few different companies because sewage was back flowing into my basement shower. The first to come out was roto rooter, who, and I kid you not quoted almost $900 to simply unclog a sewer line. I said absolutely not, and magically the price was reduced to $550. Since the initial cost was so incredibly high, I thought, this "new" reduced price is most likely to high too. I told the guy I'd think about it and immediately started contacting some other companies. I read the reviews for Urgent Drain, and based on that and there proximity to where I'm located, decided to contact them. The responsiveness was immediate with availability for the next day. The quote was definitely much more reasonable and sounded more in line with what unclogging a sewer line should cost. We set-up an appointment for the next day. They kept in touch with eta and arrived on-time. Time was taken to protect the floors, which I was very happy about. He got to work and the sewer line was unclogged in no time. They were basically in and out in an hour. Now that's what I call efficient! He came he did try to remove main sewer line cap h couldn't open so he broke the tip on main line as you guys can see pictures that i post . This morning we discovered our basement slop sink wasn't draining and I couldn't get to the clog. I called Rob due to the great reviews on yelp. He called me back almost immediately and he gave me what I thought was a reasonable quote and we agreed on a time when they would arrive.
