They would not give us a paper or email copy of the quote as "it is against company policy". They then had the gall to ask to see a copy of the other plumber's quote. Ha! I think not. Why would I show them another plumber's quote when they wouldn't even let us have a copy of their quote? They charge a $70 "call out fee". Do your homework, get more than one quote and before anyone comes out to give you a quote, make sure they will give you a copy. Also, don't pay for someone to come and give you a quote.

My contractor couldn't believe it! Didn't block the sewage drain overnight when installing a new toilet - the odour was obscene - my husband and I couldn't sleep most of the night because of it. And to top it off - Neudorf Plumbing overcharged on the bill by a couple thousand dollars in comparison to another plumbing company we'd used for our other house for relatively the same work. When I personally talked to the owner of Neudorf - he talked a lot but still had no interest in adjusting the bill. I ended up paying for all the wasted time/labour on a job that went sideways.
