One of the best smoke shops I've been to in Central Little Rock area. Huge variety of stuff. My bf and I come in regularly to grab our smoking needs, as well as taking my time to smell all the incense and check out all the smoke accessories available. Great store! I have been a customer at Mr. Smoke since they opened. Their employees have always been great to work with and their selection is good. I purchased a vape from their store and it broke the next week. I went back to the store to see about exchanging it and was told that they could not take it back. It had been one week and one day. They told me I would have to contact the manufacturer. I tried to tell them that I did not want my money back that I was just going to do an exchange and I was actually going to buy another vape for a friend at the same time. They still refused which I think is horrible customer service. I'm an established customer, they could verify that I had purchased it there a week prior and they still would not even consider it. They have lost a customer because I don't want to risk buying anything else from that store without knowing that the store backs the product. I also refer most of my friends to that store but will no longer do that. read more

The staff is very helpful and knowledgeable!! I was looking for a switch and didn't know a lot about them. They helped me figure out the one I wanted. I ended up buying 2 different ones and flavors. One of them didn't work well when I got home. When I went back and mentioned it to them they said that I should try it before i leave each time and that the next time I came back i could bring it back and they would give me a discount on the next one. Me, my husband, both of his sisters both of their boyfriends, and mother and father in law ALL shop here and we absolutely love it! If they don't have something you want, they will order it for you! If you want to take a closer look at something or have a question they are more than happy to help! The owners are so kind and they've hired so a bomb team!
