****Long Review post**** Great Staff, But the Owner's Disrespect Can't Be Overlooked [[HIGHLIGHT]]The wait staff at this lounge is amazing, and the atmosphere is great --well-ventilated, stylish, and one of the nicest in Little Rock for cigars.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] But unfortunately, the owner's repeated disrespect toward African-American patrons continues to be a serious issue. Over the years, he's consistently approached Black customers--especially when we're celebrating--to complain about volume. Even during his own Jazz Nights, which feature African-American bands and naturally attract Black patrons, he has interrupted our enjoyment to say we're "too loud." Last night was the last straw. We were celebrating a graduation and birthday, laughing, taking selfies, and enjoying each other. We were one of the only large groups in the lounge. The owner came over, again citing "noise complaints" from non-existent guests. When I calmly said, "I don't have to come back," he made it personal, saying he was "fine with that" and that my husband could still come--as if we're not a unit or as if our money isn't the same. That passive-aggressive comment made it crystal clear: I'm not truly welcome. This isn't about rules--it's about respect and consistency. Our voices may carry, but so do our dollars. I refuse to keep supporting an establishment that profits from our community while constantly policing our presence. We need to stop overlooking bad behavior just because the vibe is good. I love the atmosphere here. Very cool bartenders, who make a good stiff drink. Blueberry cigar is the one for me. It's rare (like once or twice per year) that I smoke, but whenever I'm herein Little Rock and in the mood to partake, this is the place. A venue of a good size with plenty of parking and a wide selection of cigars? Yes. Hearing the band Pattern Blue on a Friday night is a must. It was a such pleasure listening to them.

Great place to hang out and have a cigar with the guys. Great cigar selection in their huge humidor. Plenty of tvs on every wall to watch your favorite sporting event. Chairs are comfortable. When I travel to new places I always try to find a cigar lounge to visit. Many times it's disappointing or mediocre at best. This time, I've been blown away. While I have visited some great lounges, there is always something missing. Not this time! Let's start with the service. From beginning to end, nothing but outstanding. Friendly and knowledgeable. The owner Joe was very hospitable and took the time to show me around the place. Exceptional is word. The cigar selection is excellent and the liquors choices are endless. The lounge is large so it allows plenty of space for people to stretch out. It's well ventilated as too! The outdoor area is furnished with heaters and 3 70 inch TV's with plenty of space as well. I travel several times a month and always look for a place while on travel to have a drink and a good stick.
