Just sat there and said there was nothing he could do because of his policy. I feel scammed completely. Just moved into the area so I was looking for a regular shop to frequent, this definitely will not be it. Maybe it was a one time issue, but his customer service was terrible addressing it. I contacted yihi (the manufacturer) and explained the problem and they gave me a return code for the vendor (ecig and vapor lounge). Brought the code and my receipt to this store and was immediately presented with a brand new replacement SX Mini by the manager who took care of the warranty for me with no effort from my end. Excellent customer service. This is the ecig store in which I've had by far the best customer experience, and I've visited about 5 or 6.
