I came here a few weeks ago to get a small salt vape in order to attempt to quit smoking. I came in and the guys at the counter were more than happy to sit and explain the different styles and price ranges they offered, as well as their genuine opinion on each. 45 minutes of this and I walked I out with exactly what I needed. Today, two weeks later, I came in to replace my coil in my vape. They helped me install the new one without even asking. Unfortunately, the small rubber part broke off when he was refilling the juice. So what does he do? No hesitation, gets me a brand new tank for my vape. Excellent service, excellent people, and very reasonable prices on top of everything. I would give 6/5 stars if I could.

Went to my new favorite place and lo and behold. I just was able to change the tank along with the fact that I was able to get money back on my cartridges that were unused. This is it self saving me from having to purchase a new mod and tank. That is a huge plus. It is my only go to place in Katy Texas, the customer service is outstanding it's above and beyond of what you would expect these people take extreme pride of their knowledge of their products, swaps availability on their mods that they sell, which is a huge plus so you don't have to buy a new mod when you just need a new tank possibly. They do require masks to enter, but if you forgot yours or don't have one, they have masks for you. Store is very opened and bright. They have lots of choices and options. Usually I go to get Puff Bars, but the worker told us about the Air Bar that was very similar to the Puff Plus, but have more hits and cheaper!
