I went here today for a free car wash after an oil change at Valvoline and I need to mention that the gentleman who brushed soap on the car before it went in the auto car wash spent a particular amount of time on scrubbing the sap off the car. 8/22/26 I have noticed that the stalls for self-washing are still unkept and there are debris and dirt and mud and litter when you pull your vehicle into the bay. The nozzles in some of the bays are worn and some leak while you are washing. I am still noticing that employees are not busy and some are just standing around looking at their phones. The lazy generation of today's workers are on full display at this location. The sides of the inside bays sometimes are covered with the red foam, and the hoses are hanging in the way when you try to pull in instead of being checked that they are stored in their proper place after each vehicle leaves. The person that washes their car or truck might not care about the hoses, but the owner should care because if it busted by someone pulling into the bay it might cost a lot of money and an insurance claim. read more

I paid for a subscription but the gate never goes up when I arrive. I had to pull up proof on my cell phone showing them the receipt. The attendant wrote down all the information to tell her boss yet the gate still does not go up when I arrive. The same attendant was there this week and recognized me so she let me go through but after a long line was waiting after me. I was just charged for another month on my credit card so I know you are getting my money. The vacuum machines have very little power. read more

I think this is a reasonable car wash chain. They have a good amount of locations, the most basic car wash gets the job done & the vacuums do what they're supposed to. It's not 5 stars in my opinion only because they don't have any towels to wipe down the car when you're done especially when it's $20+/mo. I've also gone a couple times 10-15 min before the closing time on their website & the member car wash is already closed. It didn't seem to be due to weather, so I'm not sure if someone just felt like leaving early, or the website is inaccurate. The staff is friendly though & I think it's a pretty good unlimited value for what you pay. I haven't used to self service bays, but I avoid those at any car wash just because personally I'd rather spend a little more & just get the full car wash experience. read more

Mr. Sparkle seemed okay until I noticed that they started charging $5.50 more per month for my basic membership which is an automatic withdrawal from my account. I have tried to call the main office to get this resolved, have left a couple messages. I have got nothing but the run around. I'm about ready to go to my to bank have them removed this charge from my account. Why would you want to do this to your reputation when all this will do is shoot yourself in the foot and loose your customers? I will give it a couple more days to either get a phone call back to resolve this or you will lose my business and that of everyone I know. I know a lot of people. Please resolve this. read more

Their drive through does not fully clean your car. The back of the vehicle does not get washed. They now have to have an employee pre-wash the back of your vehicle and it still isn't fully clean after you go through. The bays have a pay system that does not really give instructions. You can put in $10.00 and the system will use all $10.00 whether or not you wanted that much time. The equipment in the bays are broken. or brushes are off the hoses and the "air dryers" are falling off their hoses so you can't dry. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY - GO SOMEWHERE ELSE read more

When does a "Touchless" car wash have guide rails, and it touches your brand new car as you pull in and damage the rim. Have never seen this before, I should of listened to my instinct and not used this bay when I was paying. Also my entire car wasn't rinsed completely and had streaks all over the windows and paint. Looked worse than it did before it was washed because of the left over soap from the poor rinse. read more

Standard car wash here. It does the job when you don't have the time or the energy to hand wash you ride. Note: don't buy the more expensive washes...waste of coin. Simply purchase the least expensive wash that offers the drying feature and you'll be good to go. Good vacuums here, nice little vending machines that sell cleaning supplies, etc. and they have a floor mat cleaner, which works wonderfully. read more

This place is simply a cash grab for the owner. Power washer hose had trouble moving around due to air dry unit was so big. Transition to diff modes took to long. Vacuum had no suction and air freshener took my money but barely sprayed. I tried calling and simply said all sales final lol. Gotta love great customer service read more

Been going to this and other local Mr Sparkle Car Washes for years always with excellent results at discounted prices using coupons that are always available. Both self-serve and automated car washes are a great value with great results. Very clean and well maintained with great customer service. When switching from high pressure soap to any of the rinses, most car washes take less than 30 seconds to transition to only water coming out. I wasted three minutes continuing to blast my vehicle with soap despite being on the various rinse/final rinse modes. Waste of my time read more

I had bad experience with customer support. I inserted a $10 bill to get coins in one of the bill exchanger. My bad luck something went wrong and i did not get change/coins back. I called up customer support and put in a compalaint on the same evening.They said they will refund back Its been 20 days now and I havnt recieved my refund back. So I suggest folks to do your car wash during working hours so that some one can help you with such issues. "24 hour service "is not some time good..!!! :-( read more

It wasn't my best car wash by a long shot but it could have been a lot worse. I went here about 3 weeks ago and the car was itself was OK, it missed a few small spots but I just wanted to get the salt off my truck and really wasn't looking for a perfect wash. After I went through the machine I parked in the lot to unfold my mirrors, that's when i noticed the rear window to the cap of my truck was ripped off and a lot of broken glass on the bumper. I notified the manager of what happened and he stopped the car wash to clean out the broken glass and the frame for the window. Luckily no other cars were damaged after mine. So far you might think this is a horrible review but here's where Mr. Sparkle really stood out. After calling the company and telling them of the damage I set up an appointment to meet with someone from Mr. Sparkle. let me start off by saying I wasn't really in a good mood but at the same time I wasn't yelling or screaming at the guy, telling him he needs to fix it. I was just talking to him like I would anybody else in a respectful manner. At first he said to me that there is a sign saying "All aftermarket parts on a vehicle are not covered for any damages", however because this is a customer service company he agreed to pay for some of the damages. I have a lot of friends and family that has gone through car washed and their car gets damaged. Every single one of them said it wasn't their fault or "that was there before" so my i wasn't expecting anything form them. But Mr. Sparkle really did sparkle today! they gave me a lot more than I was expecting. Despite the circumstances i probably wont bring my truck through the car was BUT I will defiantly be bringing my other vehicles here! read more
