They looked at the place and gave me a quote to do a job. The next day I'm informed they were only able to do part of the job because of a height issue so they charged me 2/3 of the quote. When I went to inspect, they had done one very small section. So I had to hire someone else. When I called them to get some explanation and clarification I never heard back from them. I would have preferred that they had informed that they couldn't do the job so I could hire someone else, instead of doing a fraction of the job and still have to hire someone else, paying way more than I had to. Unprofessional, incompetent, useless and clueless! We booked them to clean our windows and they confirmed that they will be at our home to do the job on Friday. They stated that they will call and provide a time that day. They never called and never showed up. Guess what? They came to our home the following day, without calling and just showed up expecting to do the job! Really? A day late, never called and just expected to do a job and get paid!
