I came to this location after going to another emissions place who's machine was down. I had a…read morehorrible encounter with a very ugly person. I can't use his name because he refused to tell me BUT he a was mixed middle age VERY rude man!! First off no one was there to greet me. I pulled in the wrong way accidentally as I saw an open and enter sign after waiting a few minutes outside. I pulled in and waved at this man who was sitting at his desk and didn't move. He yells from his desk "you went the wrong way!!" With a very ill look on his face. So pull out and straighten out. He comes over and says "wow you wait until 20 minutes before closing to do this?!" Is a very douche way. I am a woman with three small kids in the car with me. Feeling like I did some thing wrong I said, "oh I am sorry, business hours say until 6pm". He says "it's last minute!!" He asked me what year my car was and I said I "think" it's 07' (feeling flustered and like I should leave) he slammed his arms on my open car door in a "ugh" kind of way. I said, "you know what, I am leaving your customer service is awful and you are very very rude" as I rolled my windows up and he aggressively waved his arms around for me to get out of the garage area.
