Contacted him on March 12th to confirm what time he would be arriving on March 15th. I was told around 9am. March 15th 9am comes and he doesn't show up nor contacts me that he's running late. I text him at 9:25am to ask his ETA...no response. At 12:22 he responds "sorry I missed today". Then at 2:15pm he responds again, I'm sorry I couldn't do it. I was in a situation. Can I come next week. My entire Saturday morning wasted sitting around waiting for him to show up and he couldn't be bothered to contact me or respond at any point during the morning to tell me he couldn't make it. Detailing Simba: Expensive joke!! 2001 Honda Prelude. Simba showed up late, no water in his system. Our community has no exterior water. He found an outside spicket, loaded water for over an hour. I asked him not to start with the wheels. For another hour he cleaned the wheels and brakes. He continued cleaning the lower parts of the car. Then at last, after finishing using chemicals all over the wheels, he went and did inside the car. Over 4 hours went by with his spraying all kinds of chemicals - iron decontamination, etc. on the paint. Hours later he finally got to wash and clean exterior of car. Hard to believe how many times he rewashed the same areas. He rubbed so much that he damaged some of the rubber trim. At last in the final 2 hours it looked like he was washing the surface and spraying multiple times from his system. Who knows how many chemicals he sprayed. Then got to look like he was hand washing and waxing the car. It looked like he was doing it several times over. He did hand wax, and I asked him if he was using Gold Package D which includes Meguiar Gold Class carnuba wax plus the premium wax in his #D as it states. Asked if he was using a liquid paste finisher ceramic wax protection as stated. He never answered what he was doing, but it did not seem that the car looked that great when he was done. Now, 3 days later the proof is the car looks terrible. All Simba did while working was complain about everyone else who is a detailer, and he was the only one who knew what he was doing. My wife called to book with this company to have our two vehicles detailed. She explained that we have two SUVs that we wanted to have the interiors of detailed. The man explained the pricing and quoted her what was listed on the website and explained that the price may vary based on how dirty the car was and if there was excessive pet hair or dirt. We weren't concerned about that because that did not apply to either of our cars. He told us that he could book us for Monday September 1 at 9:30 AM. She confirmed via text the date, time, types of vehicles and also sent our address. He never responded. On the day of our appointment, he no call no showed us. At 1:49 PM on the day of our appointment (4 hours later) after no call no showing us he called to say he could still fit us in. He arrived at 4:00 PM and then began trying to tell me that the pricing on the website was not what we would be charged and started to try to upcharge me for what we wanted. He tried to tell us that the package we had selected would not fully cover the cost of cleaning the vehicle. He also stated that he was going to upcharge for the size of the car even though he never stated that over the phone when we told him what kind of cars we had. My wife even confirmed this information via her text confirming the appointment and he still never informed us of any price upcharge. This was the best vehicle detailing experience I have ever had. It began with somewhat of a disaster. I made a mistake and broke a bottle of Marinara sauce from Sam's Club, which has no bags, in the back of my brand new Lamborghini Urus. I tried not to panic but if I'm being honest I was a little overwhelmed. First, because I did not know what damage this had caused to the yellow and black interior and second, it was about 7:20 PM on a Saturday night. I started frantically calling around to places to see where I could take the car but, of course, most people were wrapping up for the day and then some others were just plain rude and did not care about the accident but were more concerned about how much money they would make. When I called Michael, I could tell he was at the end of his day and was tired but I made a plea for help, and he was kind enough to say yes. It took him a little while to get to me because he was on the other side of town and was also traveling with a huge U-Haul attachment on his truck that contained all his detail gear and supplies but when he arrived he was extremely professional and, right off the bat, made a lasting impression. He is very humble and kind, coupled with a work ethic that was stellar from start to finish. He started on my vehicle about 9:15 PM and did not finish until almost 1 AM. Needless to say, it was night time and dark in my driveway, but he brought lights and everything that he needed to see and be meticulous. When he was finished, I could not believe how good my vehicle looked and the marinara stain could not even be detected. My vehicle looked and smelled like a million dollars. And if that wasn't enough, he was quite reasonable with the charge. I could not believe that he did not try to exploit the emergency for his gain. I generously tipped him but I am grateful, not to just have found him for detailing, but to have met him as a person. He is a gem, and his handling of the situation has gained a loyal client. Went today to get the interior of my car cleaned. Took about two hours for it to be finished. Which is a little long, but I will say the man working was by himself so it is justified. Also due to COVID they may not be able to have more people on staff, unsure but either way that guy worked hard! But I recommend you have someone follow you and take you home or get an uber somewhere else, it can get very hot and humid sitting outside for that long. It's right behind a shell gas station so if you have to use the restroom you can or walk over and grab a snack and a drink. I will say it is a little buggy in the seating area they have, but they did give me a can of bug spray. I moved and sat on the opposite side though facing the Shell to try to get away from the bugs. I wanted to get a good deep clean of my car since it's been a while since I've done that and I recent drove my car across country so the crumbs and dirt have accumulated. Overall, spend $80 plus tip for a full interior clean. Looks really great on the inside, there were a few little things I found after driving home, some smudges and uncleaned glass on the dashboard, but it was obviously something minor enough for me not to notice until I arrived back at home. I would recommend this place! 4/5 stars mainly due to buggy outside and the few minor spots I found upon arriving home. Wish I could give 4.5 instead of only 4! read more

I had called him out because the truck was full of mildew and mold in the interior and the exterior was really stained from it being parked under a tree too long.
