I had somewhat of a large project to do at my home to replace carpet and join it with existing tile. I was pretty nervous about how it would look but they did an amazing job. Ripped the carpet out, got the tile in. They took their time doing it right and the end result is really seamless, even better than the original tile. We had a small issue with my pavers outside getting damaged but they made sure to repair them and never gave me issues about it. Really lovely experience and they were really reasonably priced. Would absolutely do business with them again. read more

From start to finish our experience with Mr Tile has been wonderful. Rafael has been responsive, quick, and honest. There was no pressure to close a deal. He allowed us all of the time we needed to make a choice on the countertops and gave us price comparison between them all. When his guys showed up for install, they were hardworking, honest, and very professional. Since are waiting for a few touch up items to happen but overall we love our new countertops. I was referred to Mr. Tile from my installers, as I was in search of tile to match a tile that had been discontinued. Ray at Mr Tile was extremely helpful & searched for quite awhile in hopes of finding the discontinued tile. With no luck he helped to find a tile that would work rather well! They even had my new floor tile on display, so that I was able to visualize the completed project! Ray gave me a very reasonable price for the tiles I needed. at first, best experience ever! helpful, honest, sold a few unique tiles and at an okay price. The worker (possibly owner) we spoke with promised us that we could return any remaining tiles for a refund. well once we were done with our project we brought back a couple cases of tiles and the guy didn't keep his word. He was totally full of shit. Denied ever telling us he would refund any remaining tiles. He Says whatever he needs to say just to make a sale. Beware!! Make sure not to buy extra tiles from them because they will NOT refund u anything. They make empty promises! read more

I was looking for some nice tile to replace my old tile floors and wanted something that would stay within my particular budget. I found Mr. Tile and so glad that I did! I got some really nice 20 x 20 porcelain tile that was under $1 per sf, what a deal and they look great! This place has so much tile to choose from at great prices. High end tile as well for much less than other places I've been. They were very helpful and gave me samples several times as I was having a hard time choosing the color I wanted to go with. I was able to get my thin set and grout here too which made it convenient. You can also get it delivered for an additional charge if needed. I'm really pleased and I'm not done yet with my reno. I'm currently doing my tub surround with tile and trim from here and so far it too looks great! Ray is the guy who assisted me and he was very patient, helpful, and professional. I don't even know where to start... Might sound silly pondering an experience with a tile company but the service, price and products from this company against my incredibly rigid timeframe and details of my project... Mr. Tile has my, and now my friends within the tiny dwelling construction community, business for all future projects done within the state of Arizona. Originally stopping in for the prices, having gone quite the distance from the build and with 48 hours to finish having ZERO product to work with, I was treated with the utmost care. The project was TINY, only needing about 12 sq ft of product and well over my budget, I was expecting to be dealt with as no more than an afterthought. Not only did I receive exemplary face to face care but the time in which they took to find something within my price range; you would've thought I was signing a decade long partnership. The product cost me almost nothing, well under what I expected to pay and exceeded any normal expectation for the price. It's GORGEOUS tile whereas I was prepared to deal with something bland and doable in the kitchen. I could go on but I'd be surprised if anyone is even reading this far. I will recommend Mr. Tile to anyone needing product for any size project. The selection, the service, the prices and the feeling you're left with walking out is bar none against any other tile business I've dealt with. At least give them 5 minutes of your time. I'm certain you'll be hard pressed to find better anywhere in Arizona. read more
