So we head around the corner to the "intimidating" Big Tire Store afraid of what we'd find. Let me tell you, we were so happy to find the most caring staff that took care of our issue QUICKLY and got us back on the road SAFELY to be with our family in time. 2 things, 1-if they were closer to home they would be my regular tire shop, 2-if my regular tire shop at home ever fails me I'll be driving to Orangeburg for their services. A good tire shop with good service is very hard to find. To find it in an Emergency situation is practically unheard of!

They wouldn't try patching the tire correctly and we had to get a new tire. The warranty didn't cover much on a new tire. The attitude of the clerk was that he didn't recognize us from two hours earlier. It seemed as if he was trying his best not to cover us. We won't be buying any tire here in the future.
